厦门社区综合科护士护理工作与护理教学匹配情况初探

目的探讨目前社区护理的教学内容在社区综合科护士中的应用情况,为调整教学以适应社区护理需求,培养社区护理人才提供科学依据。方法应用自制调查表对厦门市岛内岛外社区综合科护士196人进行问卷调查。结果居家护理及残障康复护理的总体实施情况岛内明显高于岛外。在具体项目中,急诊性家庭访视、连续照顾性家庭访视,对出院后病情趋于稳定但还需要继续治疗或康复病人的居家护理以及帮助残障患者自我护理和回归社会的执行情况,岛内优于岛外;但在评估性家庭访视、临终患者的护理的实施环节,岛外优于岛内,其余的无显著性差异。结论教学内容在综合科护士的具体工作中实施程度不一;需加强社区综合科护士的专业培养,增强社区护理工作的积极性;根据地区差异性调整教学以适应当地的社区护理需求;加强在校护生的社区护理的理念教育,就业定位,开设社区护理专业。

Application of Community Nursing Teaching Contents in Community Care

Objective To explore the application of the community nursing teaching contents in the community care at present and provide the scientific basis of training community nursing personnel for adjusting teaching in order to adapt to the community care needs.Methods The self-made questionnaire survey was performed in 196 community nurses from the hospital inside or outside the island of Xiamen.Results Home health care services and disabled rehabilitation nursing implementation from the hospitals inside the island was obviously higher than that from the hospitals outside the island.Some projects inside the island were implemented better than that outside island such as the emergency family supervision,continuous family supervision,the home care for the patients who is in stable condition after discharge and need continue to treat or recover from the home care and help disabled patients self care and to return to the society.While the performances of the evaluation of family supervision and the dying patients care outside the island were done better than that inside the island.The rest projects were no significantly difference inside and outside the island.Conclusion The teaching contents in the concrete work of community nurse are in different degrees of implementation.The professional training of community nurses needed to be strengthened,and the community nursing work enthusiasm should be enhanced.According to the regional difference,it’s necessary to adjust teaching in order to adapt to the local community care needs.The hospital should strengthen the nurses’ community nursing education and the concept of employment orientation,open community nursing professional.
