健康女性月经期凝血功能临床研究

目的观察健康女性月经期凝血功能的改变。方法随机纳入健康女性60例,分别于月经前期、月经期、月经后期采血,检测PT、PT%、INR、FBG、APTT、TT等凝血指标,并对各期的凝血指标进行比较,来评价健康女性月经期凝血功能的改变。结果月经前期PT:11.4±0.78;PT%:107.5±10.6;INR:0.95±0.06;Fbg:2.47±0.46;APTT:28.02±3.58;TT:18.9±1.7。月经期PT:11.6±0.84;PT%:107.5±10.4;INR:0.96+0.06;Fbg:2.49±0.48;APTT:27.86±4.14;TT:18.7±1.9。月经后期PT:11.6±0.94;PT%:107.2±11.1;INR:0.96±0.08;Fbg:2.58±0.48;APTT:27.89±3.75;TT:19.1±2.2。所有指标在各期均在参考值范围内;3组间比较采用方差分析,分析结果显示月经前期、月经期、月经后期各指标间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健康女性月经期机体的凝血功能无明显改变,月经对她们的影响可能在机体可代偿的范围内。

Clinical Study of Coagulation Function in Menstruation about Healthy Women

Objective To explore the coagulation function in menstruation about healthy women.Methods 60 health women were randomly elected,PT,PT%,INR,FBG,APTT and TT were tested in premenstrual,menstrual and post menstrual.The coagulation indicators of the deferent periods were compared to assess the function of healthy women.Results The results showed that: pre-menstrual PT:11.4±0.78;PT%:107.5±10.6;INR: 0.95±0.06;Fbg:2.47±0.46;APTT:28.02±3.58 and TT:18.9±1.7.Menstrual period PT:11.6±0.84;PT%:107.5±10.4;INR:0.96+0.06;Fbg:2.49±0.48;APTT:27.86±4.14 and TT:18.7±1.9.Late menstrual PT:11.6±0.94;PT%:107.2±11.1;INR:0.96±0.08;Fbg:2.58±0.48;APTT:27.89±3.75;TT:19.1±2.2.All indicators were within the reference range;3 groups were compared using analysis of variance,the result showed that there was no significant difference in the index about pre-menstrual,menstrualperiod and late menstrual(P>0.05).Conclusion The coagulation function did not change significantly in health women,the impact made by menstruation can be compensated by the body.
