83例骨转移癌放射治疗的临床分析

目的探讨放射治疗对骨转移癌患者疼痛的缓解效果。方法蚌埠医学院第一附属医院肿瘤放疗科自2010年8月-2011年7月共收治83例骨转移患者,对83例患者122处骨转移病灶均采用直线加速器6MV-X治疗,随机分成两组,常规分割组(52例73处):给予2 Gy/次,5 d/周,总量40 Gy/4周;大分割组(31例49处):给予3 Gy/次,5d/周,总量30 Gy/2周。结果两组总有效率为90.2%,常规剂量与大剂量分割组有效率分别为91.8%、87.8%,两种不同的剂量分割方式的有效率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论骨转移癌的放射治疗止痛效果既快又好,两种不同剂量分割方法的止痛疗效和副作用相近。

Clinical Analysis of Radiotherapy for 83 Patients with Bone Metastases

Objective To explore the analgesic effect of radiotherapy in relieving pain caused by bone metastasis.Methods From August 2010 to July 2011,83 cases of patient with bone metastases in our department of our hospital were treated the radiotherapy,83 patients(122 metastases) undergone irradiation with linear accelerator 6MV-X were randomized into two groups : conventional fractionated irradiation(group1,52 cases with 73 metastases) and larger fractionated dosage(group2,31 cases with 49 metastases).Group 1 received the irradiation at a dose of 2 Gy/fraction daily(5 days/week) with a total dosage of 40 in 4 weeks,and group 2 underwent irradiation at a dose of 3 Gy/fraction daily(5 days/week) with a dosage of 30 Gy in 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate was 90.2%,the analgesic effect of radiotherapy was found in 91.8% of the patients in group 1,and that was 87.8% in group 2.There was no significant difference in pain relief rate between the different fractionated dose.Conclusion Radiotherapy relieve the pain of bone metastases was effective and faster,the models of fractionated irradiation produced no difference in effect or side effect.
