上海市居民对医疗保障政策的满意度分析(待续)

目的了解上海市居民对当前推行医疗保险政策的满意程度,对现行医保政策提出改革建议。方法选取上海市3个地区1800人调查,采用随机分层抽样,选取上海市中心地区(徐汇区和卢湾区),上海市城乡结合区(宝山和闵行区),上海市郊区(金山和青浦区)居民。结果分析了不同居民对目前医保支付比例的满意度和不同居民对医院实行医疗费用预付制的看法。结论提出新医改形势下的医疗保险方案,主要包括:增加纳入基本医保支付范围的社区卫生服务项目,完善社区卫生服务支付政策,基本医保完善双向转诊制度,完善社区医疗政策,改革管理、考核体系,医院实施实施DRGs制度,社区实施按照人头付费。

Resident Satisfaction Analysis of Medical Insurance Policy in Shanghai City
