MSCT在肋软骨骨折中的诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨MSCT及其后处理技术在诊断肋软骨骨折中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析12例肋软骨骨折患者的CT图像,其中男性9例,女性3例;年龄21~53岁,平均28.6岁。采用MPR、VR和MIP等后处理技术进行图像重建以显示骨折。结果 12例患者共有16处肋软骨骨折,8例为单发骨折,4例为多发骨折。第4肋软骨骨折最常见,共有5处,其次是第3和第5肋软骨骨折,分别有4处和3处。CT轴位图像诊断13处肋软骨骨折,MPR发现16处肋软骨骨折,VR发现12处肋软骨骨折,MIP发现14处肋软骨骨折。骨折表现为肋软骨断裂,断端错位。结论 MSCT及其后处理技术在肋软骨骨折诊断上明显优于X线胸片和常规胸部轴位扫描。MSCT联合其后处理技术可明显提高肋软骨骨折的诊断准确率,具有很高的临床应用价值。

MSCT Diagnostic Value of Costal Cartilage Fracture

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of MSCT post-processing technique of costal cartilage fracture.Methods The CT pictures of 12 cases were analyzed retrospectively,including 9 males and 3 females.The ages were 21-53 years,the mean age was 28.6 year.The post-processing techniques such as multiplanar reformation(MPR),volume rendering(VR) and maximum intensity projection(MIP) were applied to show the fracture.Results There were 16 costal cartilage fractures in 12 cases,including 8 cases of single fracture and 3 cases of multiple fractures.The fourth costal cartilage was the most frequent fracture in 5 cases,and the next were the third and fifth costal cartilage,there were 4 and 3 cases respectively.13 costal cartilage fractures were found out in the CT axial scans.All of the costal cartilage fractures were confirmed by MPR.12 costal cartilage fractures were found out by VR.14 costal cartilage fractures were found out by MIP.The findings were costal cartilage breakage and malposition.Conclusion MSCT and post-processing techniques were superior to the X-ray chest plain and the axial CT scan in the diagnosis of costal cartilage fracture.MSCT and post-processing techniques could improve the accurate rate of costal cartilage fractures,and had great value in clinic application.
