全口义齿腭皱对语音的影响

摘    要:目的:研究全口义齿腭皱在修复后语音恢复过程中的作用。方法:30例无牙颌患者分别戴入光滑面全口义齿(第1组)和有腭皱全口义齿(第2组),每组15例,应用Minispeech Lab测量患者在初戴前,初戴时,戴后1、2、4、8周时汉语拼音元音/a/、/i/、/u/,辅音/j/、/q/、/s/、/sh/的第二共振峰(F2)值、第二共振峰带宽(B2)值和/j/、/q/嗓音起始时间(V.O.T.)。结果:在第1组中,与初戴前相比,/j/、/q/的F2值从戴后2周出现统计学差异(P<0.05),/j/的B2值从戴后8周开始、/q/的B2值从戴后4周出现统计学差异(P<0.05);在第2组中,与初戴前相比,/j/、/q/的F2值从戴后1周出现统计学差异(P<0.05),/j/的B2值从戴后2周开始、/q/的B2值从戴后4周出现统计学差异(P<0.05)。2组间同一时间比较,/j/、/q/的F2值在戴后1周时有统计学差异(分别为P<0.01、P<0.05)。/s/分别在第1组和第2组中,与初戴前相比,F2和B2值在初戴时及戴后1、2、4、8周有统计学差异(P<0.05)。分别在无腭皱组和腭皱组中,/a/、/i/、/u/、/sh/的F2、B2值,/j/、/q/嗓音起始时间(V.O.T.)与初戴前相比无统计学差异(P>0.05),2组间同一时间比较亦无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:金属基托全口义齿的腭皱能够缩短金属基托全口义齿初戴后患者语音恢复的时间。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of palatal rugae on the pronunciation after restoration by complete denture.Methods: 30 edentulous patients were equally divided into 2 groups,complete dentures with smooth base surface were used in group 1,and those with palatal rugae were used in group 2.The F2,B2 value of /a/,/i/,/u/,/j/,/q/,/s/,/sh/ and V.O.T.of /j/,/q/ were measured by Minispeech lab before and immediately after restoration,and 1,2,4 and 8 weeks after restoration.Results: In group 1,compared with the pronunciation before restoration,there were statistical significances in F2 of /j/,/q/ at 2nd week,B2 of /j/ at 8th week and in B2 of /q/ at 4th week(P<0.05).In group 2,compared with the pronuciation before restoration,there were statistical significances in F2 of /j/,/q/ at 1st week,B2 of /j/ at 2nd week and B2 of /q/ at 4th week(P<0.05).Between the two groups,there were statistical significances in F2 of /j/,/q/ at the 1st week,in F2,B2 of /s/ immediately after the restoration,and 1,2,4 and 8 weeks after restoration(P<0.05),however there were no statistical significances in F2 and B2 of /a/,/i/,/u/,/sh/ and V.O.T.of /j/,/q/(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in F2 and B2 of /a/,/i/,/u/,/sh/ before and after restoration,and between the two groups at the same time(P>0.05).Conclusion: Palatal rugae can shorten the time of the speech recovery after restoration by metal base complete denture.
