纤溶酶联合低分子肝素治疗进展性脑梗死疗效观察

目的观察纤溶酶联合低分子肝素钠治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效与安全性,探讨进展性脑梗死的有效治疗方法。方法将85例进展性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组予纤溶酶联合低分子肝素钠治疗;对照组单用低分子肝素钠,比较两组治疗前后神经功能改善情况及凝血指标变化。结果治疗组患者的神经功能缺损评分与对照组相比明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血液流变学指标:凝血酶原时间和部分凝血活酶时间明显延长,国际标准化比率升高,纤维蛋白原降低,无明显不良反应发生。结论纤溶酶联合低分子肝素治疗进展性脑梗死在10 d内有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),疗效肯定,且副作用少,用药安全,是治疗进展性脑梗死较理想的药物。

The Efficacy Observation on Stroke Patients with the Treatment of Plasminogen Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction using plasminogen combined with low molecular weight heparin,and to explore the effective treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods The 85 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were given conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with the low molecular weight heparin combined with fibrinolytic therapy;the control group was only treated with low molecular weight heparin,and then the nerve function and blood coagulation indicators of the two groups before and after the treatmen was compared.Results The neurological deficit scores of the treatment group of patients improved significantly compared with the control group and it was statistically significant(P<0.05),Hemorheology: prothrombin time and partial thromboplastin time were prolonged.International normalized ratio increased and fibrinogen decreased,there were no significant adverse events.Conclusion The efficiency of plasminogen combined low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of cerebral infarction within 10d was significantly higher than the control group.It was effective,and of less side effects and safe.So it was the ideal treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.
