中澳全科医学教育发展的比较与思考

发展全科医学教育,培养高素质的全科医学人才是我国医药卫生体制改革与发展的迫切需要。澳大利亚是较早开展全科医学教育的国家之一,已经建立了较为完备的全科医学教育体系,其成功经验值得我们学习和借鉴。本文通过对澳大利亚和中国的全科医学教育模式、管理体制、专业组织、课程计划、教学标准、考试方式及考试内容等方面进行比较,并在借鉴澳大利亚全科医学发展的成功经验的基础上,对我国全科医学教育的发展进行探讨,提出了拓宽筹资渠道,加强经费管理;加强全科医学或社区卫生服务学术或行业组织的作用;强化师资队伍建设,建立科学的考核认证体系;规范全科医学社区教学基地的建设,完善全科医学课程计划;加强教学质量管理,创新考核机制等措施,以期为建立适合我国国情的全科医学教育体系提供参考。

Comparison and Thinking on the General Practice Education between China and Australia

Development of general practice education and cultivation of high-quality general practitioners was an urgent need for the reform and development of Chinese health care system.Authors first compared the model of general practice education,management system,professional organizations,curriculum plans,teaching standards,examination method and content between China and Australia.Then authors discussed the development of general practice education in China on the basis of learning from successful experiences of Australian general practice.In order to give reference for establishing a general practice education system suitable for China,some measures were proposed,such as broadening the financing channels,enhancing the management of funds,strengthening the effect of general practice or community health service academic or industry organizations,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,establishing a scientific system of evaluation and certification,regulating the construction of community bases for general practice teaching,improving the curriculum plan of general practice,enhancing the teaching quality management and innovating the assessment mechanism.
