服刑人员羁押状态下心身健康状况调查

目的 调查服刑人员羁押状态下的心身健康状况,为制定相应的干预措施提供依据.方法 对1 200名服刑人员采用症状自评量表、艾森克个性问卷、社会支持评定量表和生活事件量表进行测评分析.结果 服刑人员症状自评量表总分、总均分及各因子分均显著高于国内常模(P＜0.05或0.01).服刑人员躯体疾病中的消化性溃疡、不明原因胃肠功能紊乱、冠心病、哮喘的发病率和复发率及皮肤病、精神病等的发病率均显著高于普通人群(P＜0.05).服刑人员的心身健康不仅与生活事件、社会支持有关,而且与其人格特征密切相关.结论 服刑人员羁押状态下的心身疾病发病率显著高于普通人群,其心身健康受生理、心理和社会适应性等多方面的影响,采取有针对性的干预措施对维护其健康有重要意义.

Surveys of psychosomatic health status among persons serving sentences in detaining

Objective To survey psychosomatic health status among persons ser- ving sentences in detaining in order to provide basis for instituting relative inter- vention measure. Methods Assessments were carried out with the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90）, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）, Social Sup- port Rating Scale （SSRS） and Life Event Scale （LES） among 1,200 persons ser-ving sentences. Results The total, total average and each factor score were significantly higher in the per- sons compared with national norm （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. The incidence and relapse rate of peptic ulcer, un- explained gastrointestinal dysfunction, coronary heart disease, asthma as well as the incidence of dermato- sis and psychosis were significantly higher in the persons compared with general population （P〈0.05）. Psychosomatic health of the persons not only closely related to life events, social support, but to their per- sonality characteristics. Conclusion The incidences of psychosomatic diseases are significantly higher in the persons serving sentences than in general population, their psychosomatic health in influenced by phys- iology, psychology and social adjustment and so on, it has important significance for their health to adopt purposeful intervention measure.
