两种不同包扎方法对膝关节置换术后创面出血的影响

[目的]总结膝关节置换术后两种不同包扎方法的护理对创面出血的影响。[方法]将30例膝关节置换病人随机分为两组,每组15例。观察组采用患侧自踝骨至大腿中上1/3处整体包扎,对照组采用单纯膝关节局部包扎止血,分别自术后开始记录两组病人术后出血量。[结果]观察组整体包扎15例,平均出血量320mL±22mL;对照组局部包扎15例,平均出血量560mL±46mL,观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]整体包扎对膝关节置换术后创面出血有显著的止血和减轻疼痛作用,能明显减少镇痛剂使用量,减轻病人痛苦。

Influence of two different packing methods on wound bleeding in patients after undergoing total knee arthroplasty

Objective:To summarize the influence of nursing care of two different packing methods on wound bleeding in patients after undergoing total knee arthroplasty.Methods:A total of 30 cases undergoing total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups,15 cases in each.The observation group cases accepted overall bandage from upper 1/3 of the thigh to ankle.The control group cases used simple knee local bandage to stop bleeding,postoperative blood losses were respectively recorded since after operation in both groups.Results:The average bleeding amount was 320 mL±22 mL in observation group,and 560 mL±46 mL in control group.There was statistically difference between observation group and control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The overall bandage has the significant effect for stoping bleeding and reducing pain in wound bleeding in patients after undergoing total knee arthroplasty,and can significantly reduce usage of analgesics and patients’ pain.
