经皮股动脉穿刺心脏介入术后穿刺部位护理进展

综述了经皮股动脉穿刺心脏介入术后穿刺部位压迫止血(人工压迫、机械压迫和血管缝合)方法及其优缺点;介绍术后应密切观察病情变化,及时发现局部血肿、股动脉血栓形成、假性动脉瘤、动静脉瘘、穿刺点感染等并发症,给予及时正确治疗与护理,以避免严重后果的发生;认为目前没有最理想的动脉止血方法,有待进一步研究,可根据病人的具体情况选择合适的止血方法。

Nursing progress on puncture site of postoperative heart interventional procedures with percutaneous femoral artery puncture

It reviewed the methods and merit and demerit of hemostasis of puncture site of postoperative heart interventional procedures with percutaneous femoral artery puncture.It introduced condition changes which should be closely observed,so as to timely detect local hematoma,femoral artery thrombosis,pseudoaneurysm,arteriovenous fistula,infection of puncture site and other complications.Then the timely and correct treatment and care would be given so as to avoid the occurrence of serious consequences.This article thought that there was no the best artery hemostasis method.We could choose the right method of hemostasis according to the specific circumstances of the patients.
