腰椎间盘突出症疗法选择量化标准的探讨

为探讨出可供临床造反腰椎盘突出症最佳治疗方法的依据，笔者统计分析了以往本科采用药物，骶管硬膜外超容量充填，牵引推拿，开放手术４种方法治疗的７２０例采椎间盘突出症，将有关诊断依据及相关因素计分，从分档的疗效评定结果可以看出：前３种疗法计分分别不宜大于８，１２，２３分，计分在２３分上以应选择开放手术，而８分以下为手术相对禁忌症。

A discussion of the quantitative standards of therepeutic method selection for lumbar intervertebral disk hernia

The diagnostic bases and related factors of 720 cases of lumbar intervortebral disk hernia treated by four methods were scored in order to explore the selection bases of the best therapy for the disease.The four methods included:drugs (DG),sacral extradural hyper volumetric filling(SEHF),traction and massage (TM),and open operation (OO).From the scoring results of the therapeutic cffect evaluation,if could be seen that the scores of the first three methods should not be more than 8,12,and 23,respectively.OO should be selected for the cases scoring 23 or more points,but those with 8 or less points shoul be regarded as the relative contraindication of OO.From the relation between the scores and the cases,it was found that TM is the commonest therapy in the four methods;SEHF is the second,00 is the third,and DG is the last.The results of this study suggested that the quantitative standards could be regarded as the basis for clinical selection of the best therapy for lumbar intervertebral disk hernia.
