糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经病理及临床研究

目的 探讨糖尿病神经病变患者临床与神经病理变化的相关性。方法 观察非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病神经病变症状、体征,同时进行血糖、果糖胺、红细胞山梨醇及神经传导速度（ＮＣＵ）测定,并做腓肠神经病理检查。结果 １０例患者血糖、果糖胺及红细胞山梨醇明显增高,ＮＣＵ下降,以感觉ＮＣＵ下降明显。神经病理显示不同程度神经纤维减少、轴索变性及血管狭窄。结论 糖尿病病程、代谢紊乱控制程度与ＮＣＵ及神经病理损伤程度有一定相

Pathology of nerve and related study in diabetic patitents with neuropathy

Objective　To explored the relation between th e clinical feature andneuropathology in non-insulin-dependent diabetic patien ts with neuropathy. Methods　Weobserved symptoms and sign s of neuropathy and measured blood glucose,fructosamine,RBCsorbitol and nerve c onduction velocity,and then examined neuropathology of sural nerve. Results　Among 10 cases,we found that blood glucose,fructosamine and R BC sorbitol wereincreased significantly,and NCV was decreased,especially SNCV m oreseriously.Morphologically,the number of nerve fibers were losed,axons degene rated andcapillary luminal narrowed in different extent and so on in diabetes. Conclusion　Theextent of NCV decrease and the changes of neuropathology were more related to themetabolic disorder degree,the periods of diabets mellitus.
