药物联合无痛人工流产终止疤痕子宫早期妊娠的临床观察

目的：探讨米非司酮及米索前列醇联合无痛人流术终止疤痕子宫早期妊娠的促宫颈软化效果及药物不良反应等。方法将2014年1月至2015年6月在本院自愿要求行无痛人流术的疤痕子宫早孕妇女随机分为两组观察组（200例）和对照组（200例），两组术前均禁食禁水6 h ，比较在术前1 d服用米非司酮，术前1小时舌下含服米索前列醇400μg以及不服用任何药物。结果观察组镇痛效果，宫颈松弛度，手术时间，术中出血量，丙泊酚用量，苏醒时间以及人工流产综合反应发生率，不良反应等均优于对照组（P均＜0．05）。结论观察组能安全有效促宫颈软化，缩短手术时间及苏醒时间，减少术中出血量及丙泊酚用量，减少并发症的发生，药物联合无痛人工流产术终止疤痕子宫早期妊娠简单易行，效果好，副反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of drug combined with painless artificial abortion to terminate early pregnancy of scarred uterus

Objective To investigate mifepristone and misoprostol combined with painless abortion terminate promote cervical softening effect of adverse drug reactions and scar the uterus of early pregnancy and so on .Methods 2014 .1-2015 .6 in our hospital voluntarily request painless abortion uterine scar pregnancy women were randomly divided into observation group (200 cases) and control group (200 cases) ,the former two groups patients were fasting for 6 hours ,comparing one day before surgery mifepristone , one hour before surgery sublingual misoprostol 400ug and not taking any medication .Results The analgesic effect of cervical laxi-ty ,operative time ,blood loss ,the dose of propofol ,recovery time as well as a comprehensive response to the incidence of abortion , adverse reactions were better than the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The study group is safe and effective for cervical sof-tening ,shorten operation time and recovery time ,reducing blood loss and the amount of propofol ,reduce complications ,drug combi-nation induced abortion to terminate early pregnancy uterine scar simple ,effective ,less side effects ,worthy of clinical application .
