摘    要:
目的:研究血清糖类抗原125(CA125)和人附睾蛋白4(HE4)联合检测对早期卵巢癌诊断的应用价值。方法选取本院2014年1月至2015年12月88例卵巢癌患者作为观察组(卵巢组),70例良性卵巢囊肿患者作为良性肿瘤对照组,同期健康体检70例作为健康对照组,采用电化学发光法检测血清CA125、HE4,比较三组患者的血清 HE4和CA125水平差异。结果卵巢癌组血清 HE4、CA125显著高于良性肿瘤组及健康对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。HE4、CA125联合检测灵敏度显著高于单独检测 HE4、CA125,具有统计学差异,(P<0.05)。联合检测特异性与单独检测无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论血清CA125和HE4联合检测可显著提高早期卵巢癌诊断的敏感性及准确性。

Application value of combined detection of CA125 and HE4 in the clinical diagnosis of early ovarian cancer
Abstract:
Objective To study the value of combined detection of serum CA 125 and HE4 in the early diagnosis of ovarian canc-er .Methods 88 patients with ovarian cancer in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group(ovarian cancer group) ,70 patients with benign ovarian cyst were selected as the benign tumor control group ,and 70 healthy women in the same period were selected as the control group .Serum CA125 and HE4 in patients was detected by electrochemical lu-minescence ,and the level differences of the two species in each group of patients were analyzed .Results The serum CA125 and ser-um HE4 levels in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly different from those in ovarian benign group ,and there were statis-tical differences (P<0 .05) .The sensitivity of combined detection of CA125 and HE4 was significantly higher than single detection CA125 and HE4 ,and there were statistical differences .There was no significant difference between the combined detection and sin-gle detection(P>0 .05) .Conclusion The sensitivity and accuracy of early diagnosis of ovarian cancer was improved by the com-bined detection of serum CA125 and HE4 .
