胃粘膜癌前病变和胃癌组织中细胞增殖核抗原表皮生长因子凋亡抑制基因-2的表达及其意义

目的 :探讨胃粘膜癌前病变与胃癌之间的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法检测异型增生、肠上皮化生和萎缩性胃炎等胃癌前病变组织中细胞增殖核抗原 (PCNA)、表皮生长因子 (EGFR)、凋亡抑制基因 2 (bcl 2 )的表达 ,并与胃癌及正常胃组织进行对照比较。结果 :胃癌与异型增生比较 ,PCNA、EGFR、bcl 2的表达均无显著性差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ;与肠上皮化生和萎缩性胃炎比较 ,PCNA、EGFR的表达有高度显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,bcl 2的表达有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;与正常胃粘膜比较 ,PCNA、EGFR、bcl 2的表达均有高度显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :PCNA、EGFR、bcl 2的表达在胃粘膜的恶性转化过程中起着重要作用 ,联合检测这些指标有助于癌前病变和早期胃癌的诊断。

Expression of PCNA,EGFR and bcl-2 in precancerous lesion of gastric mucosa and gastric cancer tissues

Objective:To explore the relationship between the precancerous lesion and gastric cancer.Methods: S P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the PCNA,EGFR,bcl 2 in the specimen of atrophic gastritis,intestine epithelial metaplasia,hyperplasia and compared with normal gastric tissues.Results:There were significant differences in these indexes between intestine epithelaial metaplasia,hyperplasia and gastric cancer (P<0.01),but there were no differences between atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer.Conclusion:The expression of PCNA,EGFR and bcl 2 play an important role in the process of cancerous trasformation of gastric mucosa.Combining detection of these indexes may benefit the precancerous lesion and gastric cancer in early stage.
