| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经节苷酯GD1b在寻常性银屑病发病中的作用。方法采用ELISA法检测寻常性银屑病组和对照组血清GD1b浓度。结果银屑病组血清GD1b为45.737±16.2556EU/mL,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷酯GD1b可能通过调节角质形成细胞的增生参与银屑病的发病。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate gangliosideGD1b in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods gangliosideGD1b serum concentration of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and healthy controls were detected by ELISA method.Results The levels of GD1b in the serum of psoriasis vulgaris patients were significantly higher than that of control subjects(P<0.05).Conclusion GD1b may participate the invasion of the psoriasis,through regulating the proliferation of keratinocyte. |
