慢性化脓性中耳炎的综合治疗研究

目的 :分析碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basicfibroblastgrowthfactors ,bFGF)在修复慢性化脓性中耳炎鼓膜穿孔中的作用。方法 :回顾分析经乳突X线片或CT、MRI及纯音测听等临床检测诊断为慢性化脓性中耳炎 6 5例、82耳的临床资料 ,4 0耳用bFGF配合治疗与 4 2耳未用bFGF治疗作为对照。结果 :bFGF治疗组4 0耳中鼓膜完全愈合 31耳 ,治愈率 77.5 0 % ,对照组 4 2耳中鼓膜完全愈合 2 4耳 ,治愈率 5 7.14 %。两组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组 31耳完全愈合平均所需时间为 31.9d ,对照组 2 4耳完全愈合平均所需时间为4 5 .5d(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :bFGF有助于修复炎症性鼓膜穿孔 ,能提高治愈率 ,并可加速愈合 ,缩短修复时间。

Comprehensive treatment on chronic suppurative otitis media simplex

Objective: To analyze the curative effects of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the healing of tympanic membrane perforations caused by chronic suppurative otitis media simplex. Methods: The curative effects of the treatment for 65 cases (82 ears) of chronic suppurative otitis media simplex, which were diagnosed by mastoid X-ray films, or CT,MRI and pure tone testing,were analyzed retrospectively. Comparison of curative effects was made between the treatment group (40 ears), given treatment combined with bFGF and the control group (46 ears) without bFGF.Results: In the bFGF treatment group, 31 tympanic membranes perforations of the 40 ears were healed while in the control group, only 24 of the 46 ears were healed. The curative rate was 77.50% and 57.14% respectively. Significant difference was observed between the two groups. The average curing time for the 31 ears in the treatment group was 31.91 days, and 45.50 days for the 24 ears in the control group. Conclusion: bFGF can aid the healing of tympanic membrane perforations caused by inflammation with increased curative rate and shortened curative time.
