人工心脏起搏电压阈值动态变化的观察

摘    要:
本文通过对12例永久人工心脏起搏病人的观察,初步探讨了起搏导管电压阈值随时间变化的规律性。在初安起搏器后4~6个月其阈值升高为首次起搏阈值的一倍;10~12个月达到峰值,为首次起搏阈值的1.2倍;以后随着时间的延长,阈值逐渐下降,至25~36个月稳定在略高于首次起搏阈值的水平。对于安装永久人工心脏起搏时,起搏导管的位置,起搏阈值的调整,安装起搏器的注意事项进行了讨论。

Abstract:
In this report we observed 12 cases patients who were equiped with permanent artificial cardiac pacing. The regularity with respect to con- duit threshold change following the time, was discussed. The voltage thre- shold within 4 or 6 months was twice as high as that of the first time. The peak value reached within 10 or 12 months. It was 1.2 times as high as that of the first time. Following the time, the peak value was drop- ping gradually. To 25 or 36 months, the level of the threshold of the vol- tage kept skeadily a little higher than that of the first time.
