| 摘 要： | 乳腺癌作为一种全身性疾病,在其病程早期即可检测出播散肿瘤细胞(DTC)。近年随着检测技术的发展成熟,检测敏感性、特异性均有所提高。该检测对于评价患者个体化疗效、指导临床分期、判断患者预后等方面均有着重要价值。 |

| Abstract: | As a systemic disease,disseminated tumor cells can be detected in the early stage of breast cancer.The sensitivity and specificity of the detective methods have been improved in recent years.The detec- tion of disseminated tumor cells holds prospects in bettering clinical staging,monitoring treatment effects and estimating individual's prognosis. |
