医院要主动适应医疗保障制度改革，做好医疗服务工作，必须强化下列工作：1加强质量控制，提高服务水平，树立“以病人为中心”的服务思想，以优取胜；2．强化经济管理，控制医疗费用过度增长，在控制供方的前提下，坚决纠正药品与检查收入作为医务人员收入核算指标做法；3．加快改革步伐，完善补偿机制，降低药品收入在医院收入中所占比重，逐步理顺医疗服务价格体系，同时改革医院的经营机制，劳动人事制度和内部分配制度。
