| 摘 要： | 对86例晚期癌症所致1-3级疼痛患者,应用曲马朵(tramadol)进行治疗,50-100mg, po或im,日剂量≤400mg,给药时间不作限制。通过临床观察曲马朵的镇痛效果、疼痛缓解时间、协同用药效果、3wk以上用药者有无药物依赖性产生等项目,表明该药具有镇痛作用强、时间长、安全性大的优点,可作为疼痛患者治疗的首选药物。

| Abstract: | Eighty-six cancer patients in advanced stage with 1st to 3rd degree of pain received tra-madol 50-100 mg po or im, <400mg/d, without time limit to the course. The clinical observation analyzed the painkilling effect, the pain lysis time, drug coordinating effect and the possible reliance caused by the drug used over 3 wk. The results show that tramadol has a strong and a long duration of pain-killing effect and no addiction or withdrawal effect was observed. |
