椰子汁对青春双歧杆菌体外增殖的影响

目的探讨椰子汁(CM)对青春双歧杆菌(BFA)体外增殖的作用。方法将BFA接种于不同浓度的CM培养基和MRS液体培养基中,37℃厌氧培养;通过测定光密度值的改变(△OD)及平板菌落数,分析BFA的体外生长情况。结果各浓度CM培养基24 h的△OD值均大于对照组(P<0.05),且E>0;培养0 h时各浓度CM培养基的平板菌落数与对照组相比差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),培养4 h、8 h、12 h、16 h、20 h时的平板菌落数均多于对照组(P<0.05);12 h、16 h、20 h时平板菌落数均多于同组培养0 h、4 h、8 h时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但各CM组培养12 h、16 h、20 h时培养基的平板菌落数组内比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组培养基培养16 h及20 h时的平板菌落数相比差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),与同组培养0 h、4 h、8 h、12 h时相比差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论各浓度的CM对BFA体外增殖均起促进作用,并可以缩短该菌到达生长稳定期的时间,可以作为BFA体外培养的天然培养基。

Effect of coconut milk on the generation of bifidobacterium adolescentis in vitro

Objective To explore the effect of coconut milk （CM） on the generation of bifidobacterium adolescentis （BFA） in vitro. Methods The suitable amount of BFA were inoculated into the CM mediums with different concentrations,the MRS medimns were the contral groups at the same time. The growing states of BFA were estimated by the alteration of optical density（OD） and the counts of colony after anaerobic cultured under 37 ℃. Results The changes of OD in the CM mediums were higher than those in the MRS mediums after cultured 24 h. There was no statistical significance in the counts of colony between the CM mediums group and control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The counts of colony of CM mediums were more than MRS mediums cultured from 4 h to 20 h （P 〈0.05） ,but the counts cultured at 16 h and 20 h were no different than those at 12 h （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The counts of MRS mediums cultured at 20 h was no different from that at 16 h （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The CM can stimulate the generation of BFA, and decurtate the time arriving to stationary phase. So the CM can be used as the natural medium to BFA in vitro.
