| 摘 要： | 目的 观察米索前列醇（以下简称米索）对晚期足月妊娠引产的有效性。方法 选择有引产指征,无引产禁忌的单胎,无米索过敏及胎膜完整的足月孕妇96例,随机分为A组48人（阴道放置米索25μg）,B组48人（催产素静脉点滴）,观察两组孕妇临产发动平均时间,平均总产程,剖宫产率。结果 米索组产妇的临产发动平均时间,平均总产程和剖宫产率均较催产素短,两者差异显著（P＜0．05）,而产后出血及新生儿窒息发生率则无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结论：米索阴道放置用药是足月妊娠引产有效而安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the validity of Misoprostol on induced labor of full -term pregnancy. Methods 96 full -term singleton pregnancy women, with intact fetal membrane and are non -allergic to prostaglandin, were divided into A and B group randomly. A group (48 women) was treated with Misoprostol 25mg, B group (48 women) was treated with oxytocin. Result The average parturient start time, whole labor time and Cesarean section rate of group A were shorter than those of group B. Marked difference existed between the two groups. Conclusion The placement of Misoprostol in vagina is an effective and safe treatment on induced labor of full -term pregnancy. |
