丝裂霉素C在翼状胬肉术后的应用及护理

目的 :观察翼状胬肉术后应用丝裂霉素C预防胬肉复发的疗效。方法 :将原发性和复发性翼状胬肉行胬肉切除加带蒂结膜瓣移位术后的 81例、 86眼分为两组 ,治疗组 4 2例、 4 5眼术后局部滴用 0 0 0 5 % (0 0 5g/L)丝裂霉素C ,2次 /d ,共 6d ,对照组 39例、 4 1眼不用丝裂霉素C ,两组均滴用润舒眼液 ,随访 11～ 2 0个月。结果 :对照组复发率为 2 5 6 4 % ,治疗组为4 6 5 % ,两组差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗组角膜创面愈合延迟 ,但无角膜损害。结论 :翼状胬肉切除加带蒂结膜瓣移位术后滴用 0 0 0 5 %丝裂霉素C ,能安全、有效地降低胬肉复发率 ,延迟复发时间

Application of mitain-C in pterygium resection and related nursing

Objective:To observate therapeutic effect of 0.05g/L mitain-c in prevention of pterygium recurrency after resection.Method:81 cases with 86 eyes who had received pterygium resection and pedicled conjuntiva pulp traslocation were divided randomly into therapeutic group(42 cases with 45 eyes),control (39 cases with 41 eyes)in which Run shu had been used.Result:In control recurrency rate is 25.64%,while in therapeutic group,recurrency rate is 4.65%(P<0.01),without any cornea lesion.Conclusion:After pterygium resection and pedicled conjunctiva translocation,0.005% mitain can lower recurrency rate.
