针灸治疗女性单纯性肥胖并发更年期综合征的疗效观察

背景临床上女性肥胖并发更年期综合征的治疗方法是雌激素替代疗法,因其具有潜在的致癌危险性及不良反应,临床应用受到限制. 目的研究针灸治疗单纯性肥胖并发更年期综合征的疗效. 设计以诊断为依据的病例对照研究. 地点、对象和方法将南京中医药大学门诊部专家门诊女性单纯性肥胖并发更年期综合征患者 114例依据患者意愿分成治疗组(针灸疗法) 58例和对照组(口服利维爱) 56例,做疗效比较. 主要观察指标单纯性肥胖并发更年期综合征患者针灸治疗与口服利维爱治疗前后症状、体征、肥胖指标、自主神经功能和 Kupperman指数的对比结果. 结果治疗组和对照组的治疗均有一定效果,但治疗组显著优于对照组( P< 0.01) ,针灸治疗前后,自主神经平衡指数分别为( 0.46± 0.55,- 0.06± 0.53),差异有显著性意义( P< 0.01); Kupperman指数分别为( 38.76± 12.61, 11.42± 9.85) ,差异有显著性意义( P < 0.01). 结论针灸对单纯性肥胖并发更年期综合征患者同时具有良好减肥和改善更年期综合征症候的作用.

Observation of therapeutic effectiveness of female simple obesity complicated with menopausal syndrome treated by acupuncture

BACKGROUND:Clinical therapy for female obesity complicated with menopausal syndrome is estrogen replacement therapeutics.However,the clinical application is limited due to its potential risk in inducing cancer and side effects. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the therapeutic effectiveness of acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity complicated with menopausal syndrome. DESIGN:a case-control study on the basis of diagnosis. SETTING, SUBJECTS AND METHODS:Totally 114 cases of female simple obesity complicated with menopausal syndrome patients from Expert Clinic of Outpatient Department of Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine University were allocated into therapy group(with acupuncture therapeutics) with 58 cases and control group(Livial per oral) with 56 cases according to their own wishes. The therapeutic effectiveness was compared. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:The symptoms, physical signs,obesity indices,autonomic nerve functions and Kupperman indices before and after therapy in both therapy group and control group were compared. RESULTS:There were certain effectiveness in both groups, but the effectiveness in therapy group was significantly better than that of control group(P< 0.01).Autonomic nerve balance indices was(0.46± 0.55, - 0.06± 0.53) respectively before and after therapy with statistic significance(P< 0.01); Kupperman indices were (38.76± 12.61, 11.42± 9.85) respectively with significance as well(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Acupuncture has favorable reactions of both weight-loss and menopausal syndrome improvement in simple obesity complicated with menopausal syndrome patients.
