| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨芦荟对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :应用芦荟鲜叶提取液行小鼠灌胃给药 9d后 ,分别测定对照组和实验组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、脾脏淋巴细胞增殖、IL活性及外周血细胞含量。结果 :芦荟可显著提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能 (P <0.01);;促进淋巴细胞增殖反应(P<0.01);;诱导IL产生;;增加外周血网织红细胞数目。结论:芦荟具有增强小鼠机体免疫功能和免疫调节作用

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of the anti Sa antibody detection on RA diagnosis. Methods :In 75 cases with RA,59 cases with other autoimmune diseases and 47 healthy men, anti Sa antibody and RF were respectively detected by immuno latex aggutination Results : The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,PPD and NPD of anti Sa antibody were respectively 42.7 % , 100 % , 100 % and 71.2 % while those of RF were respectively 72.0 % , 79.2 % , 71.2 % and 80.0 %. Conclusion :The asscessory diagnostic value of anti Sa antibody is better than that of RF. |
