| 摘 要： | 《世说新语·假谲》篇中有"阳吐"一词,历来解释众说纷纭,其实当为"剔吐"之讹,其误盖因"易"与"昜"形近致淆。"剔吐"一词中的"剔"是"擿"之假借,"擿吐"是指"以手搔挠咽喉取吐",是古代中医临床催吐的一个常用术语,广泛出现在古医籍中。中医"吐法"有着悠久的发展史,在临床上多用以治疗痰涎、宿食或毒物停蓄而病位偏上等病证,随着时代的发展,吐法理论逐渐完善,各种催吐手段和工具也丰富了起来。

| Abstract: | Yangtu(阳吐)is a problematic word in Shi Shuo Xin Yu.There have been many different explanations in the history.In fact.the exact word is Titu(剔吐)for being mistaken between"易"and"昜"in characters.Ti(剔)was borrowed from Ti(擿)that means"Scratching throats to vomit wtih hands".The term of Titu(剔吐)is widely used in the literature of traditional Chinese medicine.It’s a common form of physical therapy used in clinical emergencies.Emesis method has a long history in upper-part diseases of phelgem,undigested food,food poisoning by traditional Chinese medicine.Its clinical operation tools have been developed gradually with the improvement of emesis theory too. |
