| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外伤性尿道狭窄术后排尿困难的形成原因及处理对策.方法 总结2004年3月～2006年9月收治的32例外伤性尿道狭窄术后出现排尿困难患者,常规行尿道造影检查,术中切除组织行常规病理学检查,寻找术后排尿困难原因及防治措施.结果 尿道狭窄术后排尿困难原因中包括瘢痕过度增生者18例(56.25%),瘢痕组织切除不彻底或吻合口有张力7例(21.87%),尿道端侧吻合者5例(15.63%),膀胱纤维化者2例(6.25%).结论 针对术后排尿困难原因, 采取有效防治措施, 进一步提高尿道狭窄手术治疗的成功率.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes of dysuresia after operation for the traumatic urethral stricture.Methods Thirty-two cases of dysuresia after operation for the traumatic urethral stricture were retrospectively studied and analyzed.Results Of 32 cases dysuresia after operation for traumatic urethral stricture,18(56.25%) were excessive growing of scar tissue,7(21.87%) were scar tissue without complete resection or high tension at the anastomosis site,5(15.63%)were end-to-side anastomosis and 2(6.25%) bladder fibrosis.Conclusion To improve the curative effect the surgical treatment of traumatic urethral stricture,the causes of dysuresia should be kept in mind and prevented. |
