| 摘 要： | 目的 观察文拉法辛对老年抑郁症的临床疗效及副作用。方法 对 37例老年抑郁症患者单用文拉法辛治疗 ,应用HAMD、TESS量表分别评定疗效及副作用。结果 文拉法辛治疗前后HAMD评分差异显著 ,见效快 ,有效率达 89.2 %。结论 文拉法辛是一种有效、安全的抗抑郁药 ,耐受性和依从性较好 ,适合于老年抑郁症的治疗 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of elderly major depression. Methods 37 cases with the diagnosis of elderly major depression were treated with venlafaxine only for 8 weeks. The clinical response and side effects were respectively monitored with HAMD and TESS. Results HAMD mean score decreased significantly from 4 weeks to the end. About 89.2% of the patients obtained a reduction of at least 50% in the HAND. Conclusion Venlafaxine was a safe and effective anti-depressant with better tolerability and compliance in elderly patients suffering from major depression and suit elderly major depressive patients. |
