| 摘 要： | [目的] 探讨放、化疗同期治疗食管癌的近期疗效。[方法] 采用放疗、化疗相结合治疗食管癌41例。辅助化疗两疗程,同时实行等中心照射,总剂量DT60～70Gy,平均DT68Gy,DT40Gy后,改为超分割放疗,DT1．25Gy,2次／d,间隔6h。[结果] 跟踪随访10个月,病灶消失8例(19．5％),缩小19例(46．3％),好转5例(12．2％),稳定6例(14．6％),未完成3例(7．3％),总有效率65．85％。[结论] 放疗、化疗相结合治疗食管癌的近期疗效明显,放疗早反应加重。
