| 摘 要： | 目的进一步观察耻阴虱及其卵的微细结构。方法取耻阴虱成虫、虫卵,经冲洗、固定、干燥、镀膜,用日产SSM-5600扫描电镜观察。结果扫描电镜观察,新发现并证实阴虱头部有触须,位于口器两侧;新发现第一对足转节基部有一凹窝,内有半哑铃状突起,似为感觉器官;胸部背部有1对背窝。结论详细观察和描述了耻阴虱的微细结构,为耻阴虱的形态结构研究提供了资料。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the microstructure of Pthirus pubis and its eggs.Methods Obtain adult and eggs of P.pubis,dealing through irrigation,fixation,dryness and plating,and observe under scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results The observation proved that palpus were located on either side of haustellum;a pair of concavity nests are newly discovered at the base of first segment of first foot,in each of which there was ecptoma,probably sense organ,shaped like semi-dumbbell;a pair of pits were found on the dorsal surface of chest.Conclusion The microstructure of P.pubis are observed and described detailedly,providing more information on morphology study of P.pubis. |
