摘    要:骨质疏松症及膝骨关节炎是临床上常见的衰老相关的骨代谢疾病,其发病率随年龄的增长而逐级攀升。虎杖苷是存在于中药虎杖中的一种天然多酚非黄酮类化合物,因其具有较强的调节骨代谢、促血管形成等作用而备受关注。本文通过总结相关文献,重点综述了虎杖苷的药代动力学特点及其在骨质疏松症和膝骨关节炎防治中的相关作用机制与靶点,以期为后续虎杖苷防治衰老相关骨代谢疾病的研究提供更多线索,为虎杖苷的开发利用提供更多的科学理论依据。

Abstract:Osteoporosis and osteoarthritis are common clinical aging-related bone metabolism disease, and their incidence gradually increases with age. Polydatin is a natural polyphenol and non-flavonoid compound present in the traditional Chinese medicine Polygonum cuspidatum, and it has attracted much attention because of its strong role in regulating bone metabolism and stimulating blood vessel formation. In this research, we summarize relevant literature that published at home or abroad, which contents about the characteristics of pharmacokinetic, pharmacological mechanisms and targets of polydatin in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. It is expected to provide more clues for the follow-up research on the prevention and treatment of aging-related bone metabolism diseases, and to supply more scientific theoretical basis for the development and utilization of polydatin.
