抗心磷脂抗体与脑卒中的相关性分析

目的探讨脑卒中与抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)的关系。方法用ELISA法对138例健康人1、26例脑梗塞患者4、4例短暂性脑缺血患者、49例脑供血不足患者和68例脑出血患者的ACA水平进行检测。结果脑梗塞组的ACA阳性率远较短暂脑缺血组、脑出血组、脑供血不足组、正常对照组为高(P<0.01)。随时间变化,脑梗塞组ACA阳性率逐渐减少,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。脑梗塞组ACA阳性者2年内再发脑梗塞较ACA阴性者再发率为高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。126例脑梗塞患者中年龄在36岁以下的13例患者ACA均阳性。结论ACA与脑梗塞的发生、发展以及再发脑梗塞的关系密切,可作为病情转归的指标,另外,ACA可能参与了年龄偏轻脑梗塞患者的发病过程。

Analysis on the Relationship between Anticardiolipin Antibody and Cerebral Apoplexy

Objective To investigate the relationship between anti cardiolipin antibody(ACA) and cerebral apoplexy.Methods Anti Cardiolipin antibody were analysised by the method of ELISA in 138 normal persons,129 patients with cerebral infarction,44 patients with temporal short of cerebral blood supply,89 patients with inadequate cerebral blood supply and 68 patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Results The positive rate were the highest in cerebral infarction group(P<0.01),with time go,the ACA positive rate of cerebral infarction were significantly descended(P<0.01),In cerebral infarction group,patients with ACA positive have higher recur rence rate than negative ones with in two years(P<0.01),Among 126 cerebral infarction patients,there were 13 patients,whose age under 36 years,and their ACA were all positive.Conclusion ACA were related with cerebral infarction's occur rence,development and recur rence.We can use ACA like a translate sign in cerebral infarction rence. In addition,ACA maybe participate in younger's disease occur.
