咽旁颞下区的外科解剖钥匙──茎突

目的研究茎突毗邻关系，为咽旁颞下区手术提供外科解剖基础。方法测量颅骨。结果茎实根部深面有颈静脉孔，两者相距约3mm。颈静脉孔前有动脉管外口，分隔两者间的骨板下缘厚约1．87mm。在颈动脉管外口前外方有蝶骨角棘，二者相距约6．5mm。角棘之外侧有颞下颌关节窝，之前方为棘孔。棘孔之前内侧有卵圆孔。结论茎突可作为咽旁颞下区的外科解剖钥匙。

The key of the surgical anatomy of the parapharyngeal infratemporal region-styloid process

Objective To study the relationship of the styloid process and to supply the basic surgical anatomy in theparapharyngeal infratemporal region surgery. Methods To measure the skull. Results The results are as follows: 1.There is jugular foramen in the deep surface of the root of the styloid process, The region between them is about 3 mm.The exteral foramen of carotid canal is in front of the jugular foramen. The inferior margin of the bone which seperatethem is about 1, 87 mm. 2. The external foramen of the carotid canal is behind of the sphenoidspina, lateral to the sphenoidspina is the temporal mandibular fossa. in front of sphenoidspina is the foramen spinosum. There is the foramen ovalein the anteromedial of it, the distance between them is about 5mm. Conclusion The results suggest that the styloid process can be considered as the key of the surgical anatomy of the parapharyngeal infratemproal region.
