| Abstract: | The methylotrophic yeast Pichia pastoris has become a highly popular eukaryotic expression host system for the recombinant production of a wide variety of proteins. In this paper, recent advanced of Pichia pastoris high level expression heterologous protein was reviewed, and the focuses on medium composition, temperature in the induction phase, pH of the media, concentration of dissolved oxygen, optimal concentration of methanol. |
