| 摘 要： | 胃癌组织中存在胃癌干细胞(gastric cancer stem cells,GCSCs),可能来源于胃成体干细胞和骨髓细胞,目前获得GCSCs的主要分离方法有流式细胞分选术和免疫磁珠分选技术,常使用的特异性胃癌干细胞标志物有CD44、CD24、EpCAM(epithelial cell adhesion molecule,EpCAM)等.GCSCs与胃癌耐药、转移及其复发有明显的相关性,贯穿于胃癌靶向治疗和胃癌预后判断中.本文就胃癌干细胞的起源、分离鉴定、标志物及与胃癌治疗预后的关系作一综述.

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer stem cells (GCSCs) in gastric cancer may come from adult stem cells of the stomach and bone marrow-derived cells.Flow cell sorting and magnetic cell sorting are the main sorting method.The surface markers of GCSCs may include CD44,CD24,EpCAM and so on.GCSCs in drug resistance,metastasis and recurrence of gastric cancer play an important role,and it runs through the targeted therapy and prognosis of gastric cancer.In this review,we discuss the current knowledge about origin,isolation and identification,surface markers of GCSCs and its relationship to gastric cancer treatment and prognosis. |
