| 摘 要： | 目的:考察注射用炎琥宁在静脉输液时与常用输液及药物的配伍变化.方法:按中国药典2010版测定配伍后的pH值、不溶性微粒变化,用高效液相色谱法测定含量变化.结果:注射用炎琥宁用pH值较低的10％葡萄糖注射液稀释,或与pH值相对较低的药物如维生素B6输液、头孢硫脒静脉推注液等混合时产生浑浊、含量下降.结论:本品宜用0.9％的氯化钠注射液稀释,与pH值较低的注射液连续静脉滴注时各输液间要用0.9％的氯化钠注射液冲管.

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the content of Yanhuning infusion,and its compatible stability with common infusion and medicines.Methods:In accordance with the method described in China pharmacopoeia 2010 edition,the pH,the(’hanges of insoluble particles and the content of the mixture were measured.Results:The infusion became turbid and the content of Yanhuning decreased when the infusion was diluted by 10%Glucose infusion,or mixed with low pH medicines such as Vitamin B6 and Cefathiamidine. Conclusions:Yanhuning infusion should be diluted by 0.9%sodium chloride before injection.The perfusion tube should be flushed with sodium chloride（0.9%）infusion between each continuous infusion. |
