佛甲草抗脂质过氧化作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察佛甲草提取液对小鼠血清、肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及对小鼠抗应激能力的影响。方法:通过检测小鼠血清、肝组织中MDA含量及SOD活性,并采用耐寒、耐热及游泳试验来检测小鼠的抗应激作用。结果:佛甲草提取液显著降低小鼠血清、肝组织MDA含量(P<0.01),升高SOD活性(P分别<0.05、0.01),增强小鼠耐寒、耐热机能,延长小鼠游泳时间。结论:佛甲草提取液具有抗脂质过氧化和抗衰老作用。

Abstract:objective:The effects of solution isolated from sedum lineare thunb were observed on change in serum and hepatic malondialdehyde (MDA) superoxide dismutase (SOD) and on against stress function in mice.Method:The studies were carried out by determining the contents of MDA and the activity of SOD in serum and liver tissae respectively,and by determining against stress function in mice with tolerating cold test,tolerating hot test and mice swimming test.Result:The results showed the solution could significantly decrease the contents of MDA in serum and liver( P <0.01),increase the activity of SOD( P <0.01,0.05 respectively),ahdenhance the function that mice tolerated in cold and hot condition,and prolong the duration of swimming for mice.Conclusion:sedum lineare thunb has antilipid peroxiation and antisenitility.
