肝细胞癌和癌旁肝组织中PTEN蛋白表达及其临床意义

目的　探讨肝细胞癌 (HCC)和癌旁肝组织中PTEN蛋白表达及其临床意义。方法利用SP免疫组织化学技术检测PTEN蛋白在HCC及其癌旁肝组织的表达。结果PTEN蛋白在HCC中的阳性率和阳性强度均低于癌旁肝组织(P <0 .0 1) ;HCC中PTEN蛋白的表达强度与患者的性别和肿瘤的大小无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但与肿瘤细胞的分化程度明显相关 (P <0 .0 1)。分化愈差 ,表达愈弱。结论提示检测PTEN蛋白可能对判断HCC的预后具有一定意义。

Expression of PTEN Protein in Hepatocellular Carcinomas and Their Surrounding Liver Tissues and its Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the expression of PTEN protein inhepatocell ular carcinoma(HCCs) and their surrounding liver tissues as well as to elucidate its clinical significance. Methods The expression of PTEN protein was detec ted by SP immunohistochemical techniques. Results The positive rate and expressive intensity of PTEN protein in HCCs were rather lower and weaker than those in pericarcinomatous liver tissues(P<0.01);the expressive intensity of PTEN protein in HCCs was not related to patient's sex and size of neoplasms(P>0. 05), but was significantly associated with differentiation degree of cancer cell s(P<0.01). The poorer was the differentiation of HCC, the weaker would be th e expression of PTEN protein. Conclusions These data suggest that it is sig nificant to detect PTEN protein expression for the judgement of HCCs prognosis.
