| Abstract: | To establish a simple neutralization test to detect hepatitis B surface antigen and antibody(anti-HBs) by TRFIA.The serum samples with outlier serum of heptatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) were collected,and the neutralization inhibition test was carried out to confirm the quantitative result of anti-HBs which analysis by TRFIA.The results showed that the coincidence rate of anti-HBs analysis by TRFIA quantitative test and neutralization inhibition test was 100%.The neutralization inhibition test could be us... |
