摘    要:
目的报道一条脑胶质瘤相关的全长新基因的生物信息学分析及其研究的结果。方法对507E08克隆子进行了测序,生物信息学分析和Northern blot分析。结果507E08基因为全长基因,长度为2002bp,共编码203个氨基酸,命名为人核糖体蛋白L14.22。经Northern blot证实507E08基因在人正常脑组织中低表达,而在人脑胶质瘤中高表达。结论生物信息学是一种有效分析未知基因的工具。507E08基因可能是与人脑胶质瘤形成有关的一条全长新基因。

Abstract:
Objective To report a bioinformatic analysis of one full-length gene related to human glioma. Methods One gene named 507E08 clone was sequenced, subsequently analyzed by bioinformatics and Northern blot. Results The analysis of BLASTn and BLASTx showed that clone 507E08 was novel full-length gene. This gene coded 203 amino acids of protein,and was called human ribosomal protein 14.22 gene. Northern blot analysis confirmed that 507E08 clone was low-expression in human brain tissue and over-expression in human glioma tissues. Conclusion Bioinformatics is an effective tool to analyze the unknown gene. The novel full-length gene of human ribosomal protein 14. 22 may be correlated with forming human glioma.
