1085名大学生AIDS知识·态度健康教育效果评价

目的了解娄底市大学生AIDS知识知晓程度及对AIDS患者的态度和开展AIDS健康教育的效果,以便制定针对性的健康教育策略。方法采用整群抽样法,对1058名学生进行AIDS基本知识和态度前后两轮问卷调查。结果12道AIDS基本知识问卷题,宣传教育前回答正确在80%以上有5道题,经宣传教育后回答正确在80%以上有11道题,所有问题前后两次知晓率比较差异均有显著性意义。学生对待AIDS患者持关心态度,前后两次回答差异无显著性,愿意同AIDS患者同班上课且教育后明显高于教育前,差异有显著性意义。结论以学校为基础的AIDS健康教育行之有效,让学生完整地了解AIDS基本知识并持之以恒,才能更有效地遏制AIDS发病和流行。

Evaluation of Effects of AIDS Knowledge, Attitude and Health Education Among College Students in Loudi City

Objective To investigate the effects of AIDS knowledge, attitude and health education among college students, and to provide evidence for constituting pertinent health education policy. Methods Altogether 1,058 college students selected by cluster sampling method were investigated by using the same questionnaire before and after the health education. Results Before education five questions' correct rate was >80% in twelve questions about AIDS, and after education eleven questions' correct rate was >80%; and the rate of knowledge related to AIDS had obviously improved and the percentage of the students who would be able to work and study together with the HIV infected or the AIDS patients rose from 55.58 % to 74.04 % after the health education (P< 0.05). Conclusions AIDS health education in the school based unit is valid, the student can perfectly understand the knowledge about AIDS and accept them, by this way AIDS can be effectively controlled.
