摘    要:
良性前列腺增生症是老年男性的常见慢性病之一,其基本病机以年老肾虚为本,血瘀内结水阻为标.祖国医学认为气刚血行,气虚则血瘀,阳虚亦血凝,营阴虚耗不能载血以行或阴虚内热致槁血瘀结,蓄于下焦,阻塞水道以致膀胱决渎失司,血瘀日久,可以凝结成形,发为本病.我们在临床中运用补肾活血法治疗前列腺增生症,效果颇佳,故对补肾活血法的治疗理论进行探讨,以期为治疗前列腺增生提供新的思路与方法.

Abstract:
Benign prostatic hyperplasia is one of the most common chronic diseases in old males.Its basic pathogenesis is kidney deficiency experienced by aging people who may suffer from blood stasis and water resistance.According to the theory of TCM,Qi is the power enforcing the circulation of blood.Therefore,the deficiency of Qi will lead to blood stasis and the deficiency of Yang will lead to hemagglutination.With nutrient yin fluid being damaged,Qi loses the abihty to circulate blood.By contrast,due to yin deficiency and inner heat,blood accumulates in the lower energizer,blocking the Shuidao,making bladder deficient in eliminating water.Gradually,blood statis forms clotting,causing benign prostatic hyperplasia.We attempt to invigorate kidney and activate blood circulation to treat prostatic hyperplasia and have achieved encouraging results.Based on the theory of invigorating kidney and activating blood,the paper intends to offer innovative ideas and methods for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.
