齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗精神分裂症疗效的对照研究

目的 对比分析齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性.方法 将60例患者随机分为研究组（齐拉西酮）和对照组（利培酮）各30例,分别给予齐拉西酮及利培酮治疗8周,评定疗效不良反应.疗效按照8周减分率评定,以痊愈＋显效作为有效评价.使用副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应.结果 研究组总有效率63.3%,对照组总有效率66.7%,两组疗效相当,无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.观察组锥体外系反应、体重增加、月经改变发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效大致相当,但齐拉西酮的不良反应更轻,无明显体重增加、闭经等,尤其适合女性患者.

A controlled study of the effect of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into research group （ziprasidone） and control group （ risperidone）, each group containing 30 patients for 8 weeks, they were evaluated the curative effect and the adverse reactions. Curative effect rate was evaluated at the 8th week point of the treatment,with the cri- teria of heal and efficient. The adverse reactions were assessed by the side effect scale（TESS）. Results The to- tal effective rate of the research group was 63.3%, The total effective rate of the contral group was 66.7%, there was no difference between the 2 groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, there was not significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The incidence of extrapyramidal reactions, weight gain, menstrual changes were significantly lower in research group than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia is very similar, but ziprasidone＇ s adverse reaction is lower with no significant weightgain and menstrual, etc. It is especially suitable for female patients with schizophrenia.
