乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效的临床研究

目的:探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效及预防复发作用。方法:选择老年性阴道炎患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均予以乳酸菌阴道胶囊阴道放置,每晚2粒,连用7d。观察组患者在此基础上加用戊酸雌二醇片0.5mg阴道放置,每晚1片,连用7d。对照组除不使用戊酸雌二醇片外余治疗同观察组。观察并比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,并治疗后随访观察6个月和1年内的复发率。结果:治疗1周后,观察组的临床总有效率明显优于对照组(χ2=5.16,P<0.05)。对治疗有效者治疗后随访观察6个月和1年内的复发率明显低于对照组(χ2=5.31和5.85,P<0.01)。结论:乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎疗效确切,能明显降低其复发率,具有治疗和预防其复发的双重作用。

Lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of senile vaginitis

Objectives： To discuss the curative effect and recurrence prevention of lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Method： 80 senile vaginitis patients were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group at random.The patients in both groups were given 2 tablets of lacidophilin vaginal capsules for vaginal placement every night for 7 days.The patients in the observation group were additionally given 0.5 mg of estradiol valerate tablets.The clinical curative effect was observed and compared,as well as the reoccurrence rates within 6 months and 1 year after the medical treatment.Results： After 1 week＇s medical treatment,the total clinical efficacy in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group （x2 =5.16,P ＜0.05）.The reoccurrence rates of the observation group within 6 months and 1 year were much lower than that of the control group （x2 =5.31 and 5.85,P＜0.01）.Conclusion： Lacidophilin vaginal capsules combiniedwith estradiol valerate has reliable curative effect on senile vaginitis,and can obviously reduce the reoccurrence rate as well.
