摘    要:
目的 观察急性脑卒中病人的心肌酶学及心电图的变化情况.方法 54例急性脑卒中病人入院后查心肌酶及心电图,动态观察,查48例对照组心肌酶.结果 急性脑卒中组心肌酶谱水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);出血性卒中组心肌酶水平较缺血性卒中组高;54例急性脑卒中患者,45例有心电图异常(82.6%);治疗后,部分患者的心肌酶谱及心电图均有不同程度恢复.结论 在临床上,对脑卒中患者应加强心脏功能监护,监测心肌酶及心电图谱,使可逆性的心肌损害得到恢复.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the change of myocardial enzymogram and electrocardiogram in the stroke patients. Methods The myocardial enzymograms and electrocardiograms of 54 stroke patients were analyzed, and the myocardial enzymograms of 48 healthy subjects were analyzed. Results The serum myocardial enzymogram level of the stroke patients was much higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). And the serum myocardial enzymogram level of the hemorrhagic stroke patients was higher than that of the ischemic stroke patients. In the 54 stroke patients, the electrocardiograms of 45 ones were abnormal. After treatment, the myocardial enzymogram and electrocardiogram in a large part of the stroke patients had been improved. Conclusion It is necessary to measure the myocardial enzymogram and electrocardiogram of the stroke patients. With effective cure, their reversible cardiac muscle injuries can be improved.
