小切口经腹膜后治疗精索静脉曲张176例临床观察

目的观察小切口经腹膜后治疗精索静脉曲张的临床效果。方法 176例患者取内环口上方2 cm处,做1.5 cm~2.0 cm横切口入路,经腹膜后路径高位结扎曲张的精索静脉。结果 176例患者在10 min~25 min内完成手术,术中出血极少,痛苦小,平均住院4.7 d,复发2例,无切口感染及其他并发症。结论小切口经腹膜后治疗精索静脉曲张切口美观,暴露好,结扎可靠,手术时间短,痛苦小,术后恢复快,符合微创手术要求,且费用低,是治疗精索静脉曲张的好方法。

176 patients with varicocele treated by mini-incision retroperitoneal
