| 摘 要： | 目的评价多排螺旋CT对鼻骨骨折的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析32例鼻骨骨折患者的普通X线影像及多排螺旋CT的多层面重建（MPR）及表面遮盖法三维重建（SSD）表现。结果 32例骨折患者中,X线平片显示23例,C T影像全部显示。MPR对鼻骨骨折及骨折类型显示良好,SSD在显示骨折类型方面不及MPR,但立体感强,能很好地显示骨折的空间位置。结论多排螺旋CT能准确地显示鼻骨骨折的部位、类型、程度和范围,对指导处理鼻创伤具有重要的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT for fracture of nasal bones.Methods X-ray examination and multi-slice spiral CT on MPR and SSD images examination 32 doubtful cases nasal bone fracture were retrospectively analyed.Results In 32 patients,23 patients were diagnosed as fracture of nasal bones by X-ray and all patients showed fracture of nasal bones by CT.The typical bone fracture well showed by MPR,MPR was super to SSD in displaying the typical bone fracture,but in display... |
