糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘患者嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子作用临床探讨

摘    要:
目的:探讨糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘患者血清、痰液中嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(eotaxin)表达量的影响及其临床意义。方法:选取哮喘急性发作患者30例作为观察组,随机选取10名健康对照。通过对观察组用药前、后以及健康对照组所采集的血清以及诱导痰液上清中的嗜酸性粒细胞中趋化因子进行检测,并与哮喘患者肺功能进行相关性分析。结果:哮喘急性发作组,血清以及诱导痰液中eotaxin表达水平明显高于健康对照组,使用糖皮质激素控制症状后,eotaxin显著性下降,用药前后比较差异有显著性。哮喘发作组血清eotaxin浓度与FEV1%相关系数为r=-0.51127,两者呈现负相关。痰液eotaxin浓度与FEV1%相关系数为r=-0.4276,两者呈现负相关。结论:经糖皮质激素治疗后,哮喘患者eotaxin指标明显下降,eotaxin与FEV1%呈负相关,说明糖皮质激素控制哮喘炎症反应的机制,可能与eotaxin下降有关,从而起到治疗哮喘的作用。

Abstract:
Objects:To explore the effect of glucocorticoids on eotaxin in the serum and sputamentum of patients with brochial asthma and its clinical significance.Methods:30 cases of bronchial asthma were selected as observed group,10 healthy were randomly selected as control group.The amount of eotaxin in the serum and sputamentum was detected and compared between the two groups.Associativity analysis was carried out between the amount of eotaxin and FEV1%.Results:The amount of eotaxin in the serim and sputamentum of patients with brochial asthma was significantly higher than that of healthy volunteers.The amount of eotaxin was reduced significantly after the patients were treated with glucocorticoids.The amount of eotaxin in the serum is regtive correlated with FEV1%(r=-0.51127)and in sputamentum,(r=-0.4276).Conclution:The amount of eotaxin was reduced significantly after the treatment of glucocorticoids,which is negative correlated with FEV1%.The mechanism of the function of glucocorticoids may be relied on the reduction of eotaxin.
